RETURN POLICY

Can I return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. In order for the return to be accepted, the order must meet all of the following conditions:

The order still contains all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product was received.

The product shows only normal handling. Damage resulting from careless handling is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important must be properly cleaned before the return process is initiated.

Any defect with the product must have been identified immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

The return will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to begin the return process:

1. Email

Send an email to: info@emilymayfair.co.uk with the subject line “Return Request”.

2. Information

Please ensure the email includes: order number, reason for the return request, a photo of the product in case of damage, customer first name and surname, and customer address.

3. Wait

We will contact you and provide the correct return address. Do not send the product back to the sender — please wait for the return address we provide.

4. Shipping

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the product to our central warehouse in Asia.

Never send the return to the sender — always wait for the return address we provide.


A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process before delivery. A refund is not possible after receipt of the products unless the items are returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SHOP NAME) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is completed once we have received the returned products. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.


Orders in Transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur over which we have no control. If the products are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the products and then return them. You may notify us in advance of your cancellation.

To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask that you send us proof of shipment as soon as the product has been returned.


Consequences of Withdrawal

What We Refund

  • All payments received

  • Excluding additional delivery costs

  • Refund processed within a maximum of 14 days

  • Refund made using the same payment method originally used

What We Do NOT Refund

  • Return shipping costs

  • Additional delivery charges (where a more expensive delivery method was chosen)

  • Damage caused by improper handling

Refunds are processed after the products have been received and inspected.


ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
